Our tumbling program is inspired by the Acrobatic Arts curriculum, focusing on strength, flexibility, limbering and balance, with an emphasis on quality technique, safety and injury prevention. Tumbling is offered for ages 3 and up.

Find your level
From first cartwheels to standing back tucks, dancers move through a clear progression, plus a day program for our youngest tumblers.
Level 1
First-time tumblers learning cartwheel and handstand basics.
Level 2
Solid cartwheels on the strong side; developing the weaker side.
Level 3
Front and back walkovers and hurdle roundoffs.
Level 3 Plus
Above-average walkovers with side aerials emerging, bridging the intermediate gap.
Level 4
Side aerials and standing back handsprings.
Level 5
Advanced skills: front aerials, back layouts and standing back tucks. Dancers must have side aerials right and left before moving to Level 5.
Day Program
Mornings & early afternoons for ages 3–6: fundamentals, proper form, class etiquette and strength.
Dress code
Leotard or biketard, hair pulled up, bare clean feet.
Enrollment
Classes fill up quickly, so prompt enrollment is encouraged.
