About the program
The Rise Program is designed to train dancers from their earliest years through high school, preparing them for success on high school dance teams. Every level emphasizes technique, versatility, and age-appropriate progression in a positive, encouraging environment.

The five Rise levels
Rise 1
Youngest dancers
1 routine4–6 hrs/week
Rise 2
Younger, with experience
2 routines6–7 hrs/week
Rise 3
Junior / Preteen
3 routines7–8 hrs/week
Rise 4
Junior / Preteen / Teen
3 routines8.5 hrs/week
Rise 5
Preteen / Teen
3 routines9.5–11 hrs/week
Every level includes
- Choreography, ballet, turns and combo classes
- Jumps, legs, leaps & flexibility
- Acro / tumbling for strength and flexibility
- Hip hop technique

- Four in-state competitions
- Year-End Concert
- Summer camps & in-house conventions (per level)
Fundraising support
Fundraisers are offered throughout the year to help assist with all costs, so families can focus on the dancing.
